We understand that sometimes issues may arise with an order, and we have developed this Refund Policy to ensure a transparent, fair, and smooth process for our valued customers.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and delivered within Pakistan only. NAABAA Organic currently does not offer international shipping or delivery outside Pakistan. Any orders placed with international addresses will not be processed.

This policy covers:

  • Refunds

  • Replacements

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect or missing items

  • Order cancellations


2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect product

  • Your order is missing an item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (except in case of damaged or defective items).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if these conditions are not met.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products (consumable organic items), the following are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse by the customer

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong product, quantity, or address)

  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless defective)

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

  3. Share your order number and contact details.

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the same product, or

  • A refund, if replacement is not available.

NAABAA Organic reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies as damaged or defective.


5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the received items.

Once confirmed, we will:

  • Ship the missing item, or

  • Replace the incorrect product, at no additional cost.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, a refund will be processed according to our refund method.


7. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer or other mutually agreed method.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


8. Return Shipping

In cases where a return is required:

  • NAABAA Organic will inform you of the return procedure.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer error, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Returned products must be properly packaged to prevent further damage.


9. Quality Assurance

All products at NAABAA Organic go through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, due to the natural nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, or taste may occur. These natural variations do not qualify as defects.


10. No International Refunds

NAABAA Organic does not deliver outside Pakistan. Any attempt to place an international order will be canceled. If payment is made for such an order, the refund will be processed after deduction of any transaction fees charged by payment gateways.


11. False Claims

NAABAA Organic reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases of:

  • False or misleading claims

  • Repeated refund requests from the same customer without valid reasons

  • Suspected misuse of our refund policy
